This beautiful and contemporary vacation rental is located on the highly desirable Oyster Pond Road and is only a short distance from Edgartown and Long Point Beach and Wildlife Refuge.  This home has a reverse floor plan, with multiple large, bright and airy living spaces to accommodate family and friends, including two large decks off of the kitchen and living room, furnished with comfortable chaises, tables, and chairs, making it ideal for summer nights. This family-friendly home is ready to host all ages and is well equipped with a pack and play, and high chair. A large and professionally landscaped yard provides exceptional outdoor living space and more than enough room for yard games and BBQs. 

Enter the home into a foyer that leads to a bright and cheerful family room just to the left of the entryway. This family/TV room is the perfect bonus room as it allows guests space and privacy, and also thoughtfully provides a workspace complete with a printer/copier for added convenience.

On the first level, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first sunny bedroom has a King Bed and TV; the second bedroom has a Full Bed, Twin Bed, and a TV; the third bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV. A conveniently located laundry room is also on the first level and in close proximity to the outdoor shower (which is to the right of the entryway), so you can rinse your sandy feet and head immediately to the laundry room with wet bathing suits and towels! 

A stunningly designed custom staircase leads you to the second level, which opens up into a large, bright and open, living space with high ceilings and windows throughout, allowing for natural light. A tastefully decorated living room with comfortable couches and a TV, as well as an additional seating area encircling a fireplace, are perfectly situated side-by-side, the perfect space for entertaining family or friends.  The living room is bordered on the South by sliding glass doors, leading you to an expansive deck area with chaise lounges and an outdoor dining table with the opportunity to take advantage of stunning sunsets with views looking to the West. 

Just past the living room is a recessed dining alcove, surrounded by windows, with a table that seats eight. The well-equipped kitchen, also with sliding glass doors, leads you to another large deck with outdoor seating and a grill.

The perfectly positioned primary bedroom on the second level has a King Bed, Private Bath, and TV.  This bedroom has ample natural light by way of the oversized window, as well as the sliding glass doors that open onto the deck.

There are multiple kayaks and paddle boards (SUPs) for your use, and the property is just a short walk to the boat ramp on Oyster Pond.  Oyster Pond Road is just off of the bike path and the rental comes with bikes and helmets, so you can easily bike to Morning Glory Farm or to town.  Membership to nearby Long Point Wildlife Refuge provides beach access to one of the most stunning south shore beaches on the island.
