Rental Process

As a boutique rental agency, we offer unique and personalized vacation rental experiences. Our agents will work with you to find your ideal vacation rental based on your vacation rentals needs and preferences, such as location, budget, duration of stay, and desired amenities. With a collection of over 130+ distinctive vacation rental properties that stand out for their design, location, and amenities our agents will work with you to narrow down the options based on your preference and provide tailored recommendations. 

1. Property Selection: Based on your preferences, we will present a selection of vacation rental properties including photos and details about each property such as location, size, amenities, and any unique features.

2. Rental Agreement: Once you have selected a property, and after confirming rates, fees, and availability with the owners, we will send you a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including check-in/check-out procedures, cancellation policies, and any additional fees or restrictions. Once the lease has been signed by both parties and the required deposit has been received by our office, your rental is secured! Your final payment is due approximately 6 weeks prior to your arrival. 

3. Check-In/Check-Out: We will reach out to you the week before your arrival with details on how to access your rental property. Check-in time is typically 3 pm or 4 pm. Our agents will open the rental property prior to your arrival so you can head straight there at your check-in time and start your vacation!

4. Assistance During the Stay: When you arrive, you will find a Home Information sheet with our contact information and guidelines for your rental property. We will be available to assist you during your stay if you encounter any issues or have any questions.
