The house offers a first floor primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, cast iron soaking tub, washer/dryer and hot tub right outside the bedroom door. The upstairs offers 3 sun-filled cozy bedrooms, 2 of them with stunning water views.

The house has a brand new, beautifully renovated kitchen with views of the Vineyard Sound. Prepare your meals while watching the boats go by in the day and dramatic sunsets in the evening. The kitchen has a chef’s grade induction stove, refrigerator with ice and filtered water, double-drawer dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and many other kitchen amenities. Guests can also enjoy the farms fresh eggs!

The open living room and dining area is full of windows and light with doors that connect to the outside patio and expansive yard. The outdoor dining area is a wonderful place to enjoy al fresco meals and relax around the fire pit while looking at the water and taking in a sunset.

There is an indoor wood burning fireplace as well as an outdoor Solo smokeless fire pit. The outdoor shower is a must after a long, sandy day at the beach.

Sanctuary Farm is located steps from the Cedar Tree Neck Sanctuary- one of the most beloved walking and hiking trails on the island. The trails wind through the forest and along the coastline offering spectacular ocean vista views along the way. The property comes with a pass to Lambert’s Cove Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
