The living room offers comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and large TV. 

The primary suite on the second level offers a king bed, spa-like ensuite bathroom, TV, and a private deck with distant harbor views. There are three guest bedrooms also on the second level; two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with (2) twin beds that share a hallway bath. The third guest room has a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and the sleeping arrangement includes a twin bed with trundle. 

The modern open-air farmer's porch faces the quiet lane and with comfortable seating, provides a welcoming space to read and relax.
