This reverse style home offers three floors of living space. On the first level there is a living area, full bathroom and a bedroom. Sliding doors lead seamlessly from the living space to the patio and large sunny yard with fire pit, great for evening s'mores.

The second level has an open living space with a kitchen, dining area, and living room with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen opens onto a large deck that maintains sweeping views of the Farm Institute and South Beach.  Also on the second level are two bedrooms that share a full hallway bathroom. The lofted third level offers an additional bedroom with a  private bath.
