There are multiple living areas including a large living room with a sectional couch and a separate family TV room with access to the deck and side yard on the first level, as well as the laundry room with side yard access and an outdoor shower.  

The first-level primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with sliding doors that lead to the backyard and outdoor shower. A guest suite on the first level has two twin beds with an en-suite bathroom. On the second level, there are two additional bedrooms each with its own private bath, the first with a king bed and the other with two twin beds.
