This home was purchased as a forclosed property. The assessed value of the main building may be from an earlier search before the property became the property of a bank. The structure of the main building, a raised ranch probably built in the late 70's has two floors, three bedrooms, plumbing and electric for a kitchen and 2 to 3 baths. All of the plumbing has been removed from the building, as has the entire kitchen of its fixtures, cabinets, etc. There is a guest house adjacent to this building that has a functioning kitchen living space two bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. The two buildings are not connected. The second building must be counted as a guest house. I have no record of approval for such a guest house and will have to assume that such was constructed before any zonong law would have prevented such.


The assessed value of the home far exceeds what the value might be today because of the damage to the main building and perhaps to any damage that may have happened before the property was forclosed on.
