Nora's Meadow is a beautiful, private enclave of homes, conveniently located just outside Edgartown Village. This luxurious vacation rental, designed by notable architecture firm, Sullivan+Associates, features over 3200 sq. ft. of custom living space on three levels. Designed to accommodate the needs of multigenerational families, this home offers modern amenities, high-end finishes, and upscale furnishings, that all serve to elevate your rental experience. The fully equipped kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances for even the most discerning of chefs. With a large island, breakfast bar with seating for four, and a separate dining area that seats eight, there is plenty of room to entertain friends and family. 

Sun-filled and ideally suited for summer living, the open concept living space was designed to merge indoor and outdoor living.  Multiple outdoor living areas, all centered around an 18'x42' gunite pool, take advantage of the beautiful setting. A large patio adjacent to the living room provides space for lounging and outdoor dining. Just beyond, the pool is surrounded by a bluestone patio and luxurious chaise lounges for sunning and relaxing. Across the pebble-sheen pool are the outdoor kitchen and pool cabana, complete with comfortable seating, a 50" TV, air conditioning, and a full bath. 

There are five bedrooms with two primary bedrooms located on both the first and second level, each with king-size beds and spa-like bathrooms. A guest bedroom on the first level has two twin beds. The two remaining guest bedrooms on the second level, the first with two twin beds and the other with a queen-size bed share a hallway bathroom. 

Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art Home Theater with a 70" media center, a Game Area with tabletop shuffleboard, and Foosball, and a 6-zone Sonos sound system that extends to the Pool House.
