This home is thoughtfully laid out with an open kitchen, living, and dining area with wall-to-wall windows and sweeping views of the meadow and harbor. Two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen size bed and private den/office area, along with a full bathroom, are located in one wing of the house while the primary bedroom, complete with a king size bed and private bathroom, is located in another wing. French doors lead you from the primary bedroom to your own outdoor seating area with views of the harbor. An outdoor shower is easily accessible from all of the bedrooms as it is situated in a breezeway connecting the two wings. 

You have deeded access to a private, sandy beach located steps away at the end of the meadow, as well as access to four kayaks and the use of a mooring if you bring or rent a boat. You can pack light as nothing is left to be desired at this home! Yard games, beach chairs and umbrella, beach toys and bikes all await your arrival. With the vegetable garden ready to be harvested in the height of summer, you might never have to leave!
