This Chappy retreat is located on one acre of land at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Guests are welcomed by a covered front porch leading into a comfortable and spacious home. The first floor features an open kitchen, dining room that leads to the deck, and two living spaces. There is a queen sleeper sofa in one of the living areas offering additional sleeping space for guests. A full bathroom is also located on the first floor. Upstairs are two large bedrooms that share a hall bath. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and there are two twin beds in the second. The primary suite with queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom is located above the attached two-car garage and has a private entrance through an exterior staircase.  Outside, the large back deck offers a second dining area, as well as an additional lounge area and an outdoor shower and hot tub.
